Please note that the return request must be done in 30 business days
from the delivery date and that the restocking fee for $15 will only be
refunded if the return is a result of our mistake. Please read
our Terms & Conditions very carefully below to determine whether
your return is suitable for an exchange or a refund.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
All returns must be requested by a return form no later than 30
business days after the product(s) arrived. You should return your
item(s) within 30 business days from the date of delivery to make an
exchange or to get a refund.
When you decide to return your
order back to us, you need fill and send below form.
All products that you would like to return must be packaged properly. Please make sure that you put
your information correctly and make sure that you specified whether you
would like to make an EXCHANGE or get a REFUND.
Please note
that we will reject all returns containing worn or damaged products.
The products returned must be in the same conditions as when the
customer received them. Please use same box that you got with the item.
If you do not have the box of the item, please send your order back to
us in a strong and well-packaged box.
If there is no mistake
on our side for the shoes delivered, then the customer shall pay for
the cost of shipment to send them back to us.
Please note that a deduction of $15 will be made for each item that is returned for a refund as a restocking fee.
For instance; if you pay $159 for your order, you will get a refund for
$144 when you return the item back to us. If the reason of your return
was made on our behalf, a full refund will be made.
All
exchanges are made free of charge. If you would like to exchange your
order with another style or size, you should specify your request on
the return form clearly and put the form inside the box. You will not
be charged for a restocking fee when you make an exchange.
The shipping cost will be paid by us only when the return is a result
of our error. If you received a damaged or wrong merchandise, we advise
you to immediately contact our Customer Service within and no later
than 1 week.
When shipping an item back for an exchange or
refund, make sure that the return form (with the order # on it) is
included in the box. This allows our warehouse to process it faster.
When packing an item to ship back, if in proper condition, you may use
the original shipping package.
Your purchased item(s) are shipped brand new. All Items that you return
to Vogueway must be in the same perfect conditions as they were
received. All returned items must be in their original state and be
unworn before they can be accepted for a total refund. The item must be
returned in new and unused condition, in the manufacturer boxes and
with all paperworks (this includes warranties and authenticity cards),
parts and accessories (including dust bags) to insure full credit .
NOTHING MUST BE TAPED TO THE BOX. The shoes or handbag box and any
other items must be sent back inside a corrugated box (like the one it
came in) to prevent any damage. Your return of merchandise will not be
accepted if it is not sent back in the proper new condition. Returns
not accepted will be disposed of or shipped back to you at your cost
Worn shoes are not exchangeable or returnable. If you are going to try
on the shoes with your dress we ask that you wear stockings or socks,
and only wear them on carpet. If the soles are scuffed from trying the
shoes on at a fitting we will not take them back. The shoes must be
returned in the same condition as they were received. Keep the box that
the shoes were shipped in! This is the best packaging to use for
returns. Shoes that have been dyed are not returnable or exchangeable.
We are not responsible for what could happen to the returned items
during shipment back: if we receive them damaged we will not accept the
return
THE ESTIMATED TIME FOR EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS
All exchanges must be requested by a return form no later than 30 business days after the product(s) have been received.
Once your order has arrived to our warehouse in New Jersey, it will
take 3-15 business days to be shipped back out. All of our exchange
requests are updated the following Monday of the return.
Refunds are made within 2 weeks of the item reaching our warehouse. Refunds are credited back to the credit/debit card
used on your purchase.
Purchases made by C.O.D (cash on delivery) or prepaid credit cards are credited back with a company check.
